| For Chile’s MOP it was essential to have a simple platform that did not increase the burden of documenting their projects. The progress of all projects needed to be followed through a simple and unified dashboard, generating metrics to allow senior officers to evaluate projects results. All these functionalities required to follow a very tight security model, restricting access to sensitive material based on user level.
As part of this project a change management effort was executed and project managers received extensive training in a project management methodology customized for public work projects. The solution facilitated the methodology implementation by providing the appropriate tools for tracking and monitoring. |

| Huddle Group developed a site for the Project Portfolio and custom document libraries and webparts for document management, project organization, and contract structuring. A specialized module was created as the core of the project dashboard. |

| Chile’s MOP was able to adopt a unified methodology for project administration giving senior officers a central repository where to access all project documentation and the possibility to have a unified view for all different units such as airports, ports, hydraulic infrastructure, etc. |
