| Be able to quickly create collaboration sites for new projects, sharing a common set of tools and maintaining a unified brand image. Create specialized sites for staff areas integrating internal communications, e-learning tools, budget, and performance reports. |

| Techint’s goal was to have a decentralized platform that would allow business users to generate Team Sites, minimizing as much as possible IT’s involvement but at the same time maintaining a cohesive structure, security model, and brand image. |
| .The Solution |
| Huddle Group team developed 6 different team site templates based on typical project needs. Teaming with Techint’s IT department, a comprehensive procedural manual was developed for business users to create and self-administer their own Team sites, reducing IT involvement to maintenance and monitoring activities only. After the successful implementation of the initial phase, a second phase was requested to develop the implementation of other SharePoint-based sites for staff areas. |
