| Background |
Oscar is an Engagement Partner responsible for Huddle’s
Operation. From early on he has worked independently managing both the administrative and
the technical aspects of professional services. He was most recently the CEO and cofounder
of Signal and prior to that an independent project leader and consultant for Andersen
Consulting helping their national clients (mainly in telecommunications and bank industries)
to implement new smart client solutions. He has lead many extremely successful and innovative
projects such as call center attitude simulations and emulations of mission critical systems
for large Telecommunications companies. He also led the development of an internationally
acclaimed simulation product that was built for several platforms and languages, and
implemented on different countries and companies.
He is extremely well organized and methodical yet a very caring person thus generating his
reputation for excellent team leadership. These aptitudes led him to lead the reorganization
processes of several internal areas within Huddle Group, as well as to develop and track the
company business plan.
Oscar was raised in La Pampa where he has developed his love for sports and open door life.
He actively participates in varied sports such as long distance running, adventure races
and squash tournaments. He has a noticeable passion for family life and in particular
children, playing with them in any chance he gets. He is a very motivational person that
makes him a very well liked person with all that get to interact with him.
Oscar holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Universidad del Sur, Bahía Blanca. |
